Stark s'était lui même lobotomisé pour éviter que ses secrets (technologie et identités des autres héros) tombent aux mains d'Osborn. Apparemment, son esprit a été restauré car il avait auparavant sauvegardé son cerveau sur un disque ou je ne sais quoi.
Sauf que la sauvegarde date d'avant Civil War.
